Refund Policy

Digital Empire (operating as Receptionista) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. All payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as our Merchant of Record.

14-Day Free Trial

Every subscription plan begins with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you may cancel at any time before it ends without being billed.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your refund request before the expiration of the 14-day period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We will process your request promptly.

Effect of Refund

• If you cancel your purchase within the 14-day period, we will reimburse all payments received from you.
• We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.
• We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Add-On Minute Packs

Add-on minute packs are one-time purchases and are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee. Where purchased minutes have already been substantially consumed, we may issue a partial refund proportionate to the unused balance.

Setup & Onboarding Services

The optional one-time setup and onboarding service is refundable within 14 days of purchase provided the work has not yet been carried out. Once the setup has been delivered, the service is considered performed.

Payment Provider

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and refunds on our behalf in accordance with their terms of service.
